I agree. Discord probably makes the most sense because of how easy it is to use.

For Music and SDFX I use mostly Epidemic Sound, however, recently I'm using more from Musicbed as well. Each have a big library of music tracks but they do differ slightly with the types of music that are available. It comes down to the content that you're filming and the vibe that you want from the music.

For stock footage I use Storyblocks. There seems to be a decent library of usable shots for what I need.

There is no right answer for the best service to use. It really comes down to the content you're filming. What I suggest is search for the types of music and footage that you would want to use in these libraries and see what pops up. Take an afternoon and just listen to the different tracks on these sites and look through the footage available

I don't have a discount code for FCPX but its a software that you only have to buy once. I paid for it years ago and they continue to update it for free and never ask for any additional paid upgrades.

When I use my iPhone I turn off the HDR Feature for this reason. To fix the HDR in Final Cut you need to push the exposure super far. with your color grading toos. The way I deal with HDR is this:

pull up your Luma Waveform (Command + 7)

Open your Color Wheels

Bring down your highlights until the brightest parts of your image are just under 100

Bring up your shadows until the darkest parts of your image are above 0

Use the midtones to adjust up or down to what looks natural.

From here then I start tweaking the exposure until I like how it looks.

Enrique Arista I think the ZV-E10 is a great camera to work with. It is a very popular camera right now and I do recommend it for friends when they want to transition out of just using a phone. Rachel Ginis The A7C is also a good choice. I had an A7C for a while and used it as my 2nd camera to my A7SIII. You'll miss the stabilization of the Olympus but the Sony cameras are so much better is a ton of ways.
