The best way to color match cameras is start with exposure. Get the highlights and dark parts of your image to look as close as possible. Then from there you’ll need to match the saturation. Use the vector scope to see the difference and match it. Last play with colors till they’re looking close. You can do big adjustments using the color wheels or use more specific changes using the Hue Sat curves. Check out this video from my color grading course where I discuss color matching 2 shots

Very scenic location! If you can go back at sunrise or sunset and capture similar footage. You’ll be able to get some epic shots with the sun lower in the sky

Glad you got them to work.  Personally I edit in FCP so I don't know the workflow for Premiere Pro.  

The channel is small enough that you could pivot it to something g different. For the name you could go either way. Lots of channels us a name as the brand or if you want to change it so that it’s not your name that’s fine too. Make sure you watch this series for developing the channel because it goes though this more in depth

Mara Kazantzaki Ok perfect.  It looks like the settings for the app allow you to use what your phone settings are. (light or dark) For the web browser version I have to choose one or the other and it affects every page unfortunately 

Mara Kazantzaki makes sense.  I think the way to avoid this is to shoot wider with both horizontal and vertical in mind.  If you film in 4k then you're able to crop and it looks fine.  I'll do some more content in the shorts course about ways to shoot and edit vertical from horizontal footage. 

The question for you is who is the audience for your content.  Would they be interested in both topics on one channel?  If not then pick one of the two.  With a channel you really want to focus on one audience and make all the content for them.

Personally I would avoid NAS systems unless you absolutely need access to it via the web.  I used Synology for a while and it was frustrating for me to deal with.  

Now I use a Raid that I built with an OWC enclosure.  Here's a video where I break down my whole workflow from camera to to final archiving of data.  

Lassi Kaleva You can crop into 1920x1080.  You will be loosing resolution but also shorts are mostly being viewed on a phone so probably wont matter that much.  

However, I still suggest shooting in 4k to always have plenty of space to be able to crop in.  Much better option than trying to use a 2nd camera.  That just seems like a pain to manage and then things like eye line will be off if you're talking to the camera.
